i dont believe in messiahs/prophets or tech philanthrophy...

seen too much of usa version of it...
now it is russian version....

• it is/was 'neutral' cox - russia has been fighting on backfoot for a while..
• this was a 'need' - a survival strat for them to get their version of facts out there
• anything 'free speech' is pretty much anti wef these days...
  ..so u measure the 'neutrality' when umpteen shmekles are spend on servers, developers and making it 'secure - end to end'

the rant is focussed on uneven-ness of wars...
there is no 'morality' in a wars...
just means to an end...
