Delusions of 7
7 is a prime number, considered lucky by most.
I think there is much more to 7...
i think it decides 'phases' of 1s life
0-7 : complete dependence on parents, habitus
basic i/o
manners
education
8-14 : self discovery
gender identification and implications
habitus and religion identification
15-21 : chances
application and viability of this 'self discovery'
22-28 : realizing these chances
betting on them to create 'long term bets'
29-35 : consolidating those 'chances'
foundations. implementation of 'self'
36-42 : identifying limits of 'chances'
looking at life from diff perspective
'mid life crisis' -as society calls it
42-49 : life is pretty much decided by this time
$ capitalism : makes most of the choices for most
survival of limited luxury
justification of chances took
defense of ego...
i think this is the age people retire - mentally
coz retiring from material world is not really an option now.
Even brit masters agree - to some part of it
further thoughts...
7 seems to define time - our calculation of it...
7 days and all ...
when it comes to 'time' - 7 seems important.
