I am quite fascinated by HCI - human computer interface...
despite multiple tech leaps...
the keyboard is still reliable - classy - needed...
even by next gen...
gaming - is cutting edge in HCI
the joystick - evolving...
still - the basics : timeless
street fighter modern controls...
are quite a challenge from engineering perspective..
but none can deny the 'need' of it..
people - want 'wins' - rush of likeys..
is too 'instant' for a video game - as hard to master as Fighting Games genre.
the skill - being 'timing' and 'strategy' at large..
anticipation, reaction - the killer instinct...
all unleashed in a modern numbed society - an outlet of sorts.
yet, the modern controls - do make a great take on it...
yet, i am yet to see any modern control user - reaching top 8...
there is a damage-- when choosing 'convenience'
hence the 'dichotomy' of the plan ...the strategy..
is esports and this easy 'inlet' of modern controls.
..is too much of a dream?
years - thats how much it takes...even for consistency...
then - there are just few 1s who are hard to ignore..
