too many bells and whistles, too many tools - all shiny and 'magical'
vscode seems to be easy, but i dont really like tools which 'updates' a lot...
nvchad and nvim, spacevim - all good, but it seems like a lot to 'take in' - just to get to a take off point...
an in between - a balance between this xtreme convinienct and absolute druggery of learning 'insides' of a tool - before having any idea of final product - is too taxing in 'time' and 'learning'
A good balance, methodical/hackerish approach to learning is rare...
nvchad is awesome - provided it doesnt frustrate you...
a nice starting point to 'owning your ide' -
it is the 'words' and intent - precision of it
this is for python, but i guess similar configs are there for any language.

baselining an ide - as a coder : is an investment any engineer should invest into - as early as possible.
It is just productivity, decoupled from fancy tools and fancy environs...
remember android -ides' : the absolute drudgery of updates - which never seemed 'optional'.. - a big personal turn off...for me.
