mostly govts 'borrow' it to buy oil, and now 'everything' - courtesy CN
in liu, they 'offer' their 'goods'
all in exchange for 'oil' ....- the origin of $ 1971 version...
oil - which is as lame as 'luck'.
oil - which became important after 'industrialization'
energy - which is needed to keep 24x7 'work' going - alfred path...
