Any govt which harps 'digitization'/smart cities and related brit bakwaas via 'intllectual' bricks - ias, ips or 'democratic' leaders...
is just sheep of different colors/skins...
a real for 'citizen' govt would provide and own digital infra and services
kinda metaverse infra - free or as part of tax collection
the needed tools:
an 'endpoint'
the services
but in modern world - the govt cries 'digitization' via making tax robos..
ai cars, posters and shah fat heroes..
G - provides basic 'digital' sevices
G or Local G, who knows?
make victims and bullies...
coz the final boss is 'undefeatiable' loosh harvestor..
he is supreme cox the 'time' dimension doesnt exist for it..
for everyone else, it does..
but for masters and its 'followers' - just summer holidays...
the loosh harvesting is 'natural' - they poked a hole of 'justice'..
the honey is going to keep dripping...
