People who just want to be professional, should care and respect for what their co workers do in their private life
It is a right to feel offended for such "micro workplace aggressions", the "bully" should make it a business to "check out" and learn the pronouns to show the "respect"
this is just a very productive practice, since workplace IS the real family.
India is not far behind - yay!
