If it was done by anyone else - national security threat, hacked, etc though technically all closed source ai assistants can be classified as spyware

the real solution is awareness - and just a total ridicule of people who are lazy enough to not "type" on a screen
It is the age old -human/computer interface - hci - being manipulated to "give a better life with handicaps" while they suck life away from kids - by recording/analyzing their thoughts, then psyop-ing them into buying stuff, and change their perspective of life - priorities, marriage, purpose etc
Blame? That leads to another joke - the judicial one - the people who have a known, proud history of not doing anything ever - but "presiding" as gods - all knowing, wise
