A defunct nation cant repay or honor the bonds

financial, economical, intellectual
accountability of trust - different kinds

It cant 'buy', unless its currency has value in 'global trade'

to make the currency value-able, wars of different kinds, levels is needed

Society conflicts - divide as much to make mules to pay taxes

Invisible wars - haarp, cyber attacks

Military wars - timed when there is hopeless youth, war being salvation : money, pride, usability - psy op of religion, region, nationality etx

Since world it 'tilted' so wrongly in supremeness of a culture/currency

society structure

all artificial 'divides' created by this $ would have to show their true face

in intent, actions : they are binded in survival with this $

Hence volatile times - illogical 1s
