some more commonsense 'terms' : mondays should be slow..

so office opens a bit late : 12 noon..

it is just logical to have time to work up rhythm..

so full throttle : tues, wed, thurs : no time limits...anytime...any stretch...no working hours...just the 'purpose' and 'task'

friday ends at 3.

thats how we work...logically..

need to factor in the 'weather' too - relative 'nicenes' of geo..

eg - it is sin to ask peeps to come to office in this 42 degress...

in peak hours!!

so it should evolve...

it is way nicer to sleep all day... 😀

and work at night - silence cool and general non sight of peeps..

it evolves : 6 pm seems like an intelligent time to drive in opposite direction...and have a different night sky time office in ncr summers..

it is just nice.!!
