We will do a debug later, first identify the phases of baldies and their starups.

Baldies - due to historical sigmaness

• no ideas, just donkey like workflow of gora dictating 'terms and conditions'

Phase 1:

Quick startup

Due to historical sigmaness, baldies excel at this stage.

Money being 'funded' and 'neogiated' well on historical sigmaness, baldies are quiet clever to get good chunk of money and time freedom.

Buy - the cockroach jar, veronicas, car

The 'buzz' of a 'popular' baldie finding a new 'startup' with 'new ideas' is the ideal dip for peeeps.

Money is cheap, so initial hires are good, ambitious.

The newly imported cockroach jar from former connections - the lower order baldies, behave and work till 'security' and 'dependency' is established.

Till the 'startup' becomes 'real' in media, page 3, this 'hard work; continues.

Good hanshakes - good tieups - all is looking good.

The best phase.

Phase 2

Power consolidation

Once the 'statup' is recognized, its baldies hay time.

Jar is expanded, fatter cockroaches and attractive veronicas are imported.

The 'startup' is on growth tragectory, money is 'projected'.

All is good, so the startup fattens by rnd of this phase.

Phase 3

Realization and struggle

Reality starts setting in at this time.

Projections really dont match the outlook, but illusion of sucess is to be preserved.

The dorian gray phase - the 'baldie' beoming the 'startup' and the pappus chosen for the 'baldies' vision.

mentally, the baldie is 'assured' of success at this point

• familia is in place

• veronicas are happy and virtual wifey

• the 'abberations' are identified

• perfect for 'baldies' and chosen 1s, yet cracks start appearing for the non - chosen 1s.

Phase 4

Stagnation, realization and defense

This is the longest phase for any startup.

this is not a startup anymore, but a 'success'

baldies' vision, usually obsolete for 'startup' - starts showing its limitation

since 'ownership' is typically claimed in phase 2, baldies still use 'startup' tag,economics, $ and dynamic world etx

to hide the stagnation or slowing down 'growth'

now, baldies think 'the startup' is ready - to be sold, acquired etx

the focus - is selling perception, the cockroach jar and 'capabilities'
