An open message to the nasscom 'pioneer' - the pretend gratuitous 'telco father figure'

a startup : is made by all ppl who 'work'

titles are labels which u make for yourselves

as an external emp no 14 - i did my job.

and you did yours to play 'nice' with 'victims' - in a $$ world

your chosen 1s - all nobodies

the research company = glorified IT management company

mentors = flowerpots in nursery which no one visits

Pioneer ?

Made right 'choices'?

where are the 'dark horses'?

this game - distributed apps and devices - is right up in your 'specialty'

Lets make it 'fair' - all those tech gods - lets see what they can 'whip up'?

Huggies boutique = a dinosaur museum

dont feel bad = same is boogle.

Since 'feedback' cant be given to a pioneer by mortals, here it is

your HR - gem

your IT head - gem++

your leadership - gem+++

result

=> 20 years of a "startup"

no vision

no values.

just J, born our of J of A$$, bearing J++ engineers.

Thats my 'goodbye' to telco jar: dont bother me : directly, indirectly or any association.

i used to 'hack' this ciso' lappy like my personal remote desk - his sob stories, the poems, the 'friendships' ...even 'hacked' his chosen it head...left a note on his secure chosen corp OS -windows - should ve done 'chullu bhar paani'...but then 'victims' tai chai = pretend genius/intellect...

time lost. thats it.

it was a citrix privilege escalation 'hack' - the 'convenience' of mapping local PC's drives with the session - no one cares to check the rev privileges..

then there were 'meritorious' intranet apps - made by genius, selected by genius, 'accepted/paid by genius' - every 1 of them - v v hackable..

then there was the holy grail of source code - the 'secure' solaris server - the 'important' 1 - too bad the kernel was unpatched since 'eternity' - 1 bad day and whole weeks' work - gone

then the 'lotus notes' and its dbs..

then there...

..

  • too much...that was the 'funhouse' for a 'newbie'

My 'time' is better spent - not reading your 'glory' posts. asking to 'like' them is 'needy'..

ask those gifted/chosen to 'tech' up - I start with my habitus - cleaning it up of weeds, claiming it.

baldies are in way...play the perception card...and whatever..

i wont stop - i never did.

I appreciate your perspective, but it's important to remember that titles don't define the value of a company. Good luck on your future endeavors!
