modular stuff - best things to buy to start from 0....zamazons and flipfarts are efficient way to start..

modular furniture - great indian amps and desi columns...

1 would be surprised how much 'nice' stuff one can get if 1 gets hacky...

the yard...great ideas for it...now we just chill in winters or whatever is left of it.
