Conditions

US economy is going to be volatile

We are in a recession, majority Indians wont feel it

US based companies would and are already laying off

Hard times for finding a new job ahead due to title/money/culture expectations

Hidden silver lining

IT folks may come at par with other white collar workers in terms of effort/money -> lifestyle

HR folks and the useless middle management / mangers would totally get reduced to size

Wider range of work - not useless "analysts"

Best would thrive, rest would survive, coz we are in India

For comfortable survival - Skill up

To really thrive - Innovate
