As a citizen...i think indian judiciary or judiciary implemented by great brits : is the most ineffective and most stupid.
I think the design is deliberate, intentional and well thought after.
there are different layers of it.
time is what constitutes life. but time and its importance is of least concern when it comes to Indian judiciary.
The sheer disrespect and hacking of time : is accepted as function of design, not a limitation of it. there are many factors at play here...most important being the structure of brit democraxy.
changing law : is considered an expensive slow process. It is : it is meant to be...
for the reasons are not logical : but historical. The people who exploit the system : are part of it. they have 0 interest in improving the system - laws/judiciary : as it hurts their interests.
The requirements of law as profession : is simple : mug arts/crafts and socialize.
socializing is important : for customers and general show of power.
coz the judges are arts/crafts : who get 'influenced' by the lawyer who prepared the 'case'. the image / price of lawyer : decides/influences the outcome.
a prime factor conveniently ignored by self elected arts/crafts collegium judges ; who want democraxy everywhere : but judiciary.
the home minister and his limitations are visible : when he cant handle questions from an ancient baldie of arts/crafts. the same 'high profile' lawyer : would ve caused much damage to india as citizen/lawyer : but our home minister of 5 foots : wont get the job done.
it is art/crafts/2nd hand douchery which runs the most prestigious yet illogical institute of the country
the beauty of brit hockus pockus : appoint few as 'superior' - dey will waste their hole life defending the brit intellect.
Law is the same : borrowed/inherited from brit genius : which is purely loosh harvesting for their god - baphomet.
The design of courts : dresses of all involved, public nature of it..are all counter intuitive constructs - demons dressed in black : harvesting fear from 'citizens' : money, fear, time.
but no indian judge lawyer : can do anything about it.
we never got 'free'...just an illusion of it.
Judiciary : is what is holding india back : ever since 'indepencence'..
its function is not so different from 'religion' : another book : written by brits to make 0 bc countries.
their own intellect : is a proof of their vision.
